Adekola Isafiade is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in accounting, audit, financial reporting and client advisory services. He holds a master’s degree in Accountancy and is a qualified member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. His experience covers financial statements and management accounts, statutory audits, group consolidations, budgeting, bank reconciliations and reporting under IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, FRS 102 and FRS 105. He has worked with Nigerian and UK organisations and is proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, Sage 200, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and CaseWare Accounts. Adekola is committed to helping businesses maintain reliable accounting records, strengthen financial controls and obtain meaningful information for better decision-making.

Bayonle Azeez is an experienced tax professional with more than 19 years of experience in taxation, compliance and advisory services for companies and high-net-worth individuals across various industries. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and holds an Executive Advanced Diploma in Tax Administration and Management. His experience includes corporate and individual tax computations, tax planning, VAT, withholding tax, PAYE and companies income tax compliance. He has managed tax audits and investigations, responded to enquiries from federal and state tax authorities, and assisted clients in resolving significant tax exposures. Bayonle brings extensive practical knowledge of Nigerian taxation and a strong commitment to helping clients meet their statutory obligations efficiently and responsibly.
